Lady Melanie Natalia Monroe, Baroness of Silverholt, The High Royal Marquise (7 September 2436 - 1 January 2518) was an Empheri politician and stateswoman. She served as the Chancellor of the Exchequer of Empherias from 2467 to 2470, and the Deputy Prime Minister from 2468 to 2470. She is the only person in history to serve both of these positions concurrently. She is often considered to be a de-facto prime minister as during the later years of Sofia Hopkins' premiership, she fulfilled the prime minister's duties more often than not. Because of the huge stress of the multiple high positions she held, she resigned as a MEP on 10 December 2470 to rest. She was awarded the lordship of Silverholt by PM Klara Willows in 2471. She later became an activist for mental health, heading many charities and organisations to raise awareness and help those in need. She was awarded the title of High Royal Marquise in recognition for her contribution to politics, mental health, and the nation in 2498 by President Çimon Valena of the High Kingdoms of Alaxia.
