Tom Rijkseite, Baron of the Admiralty

Lord Admiral Thomas Mitchell Rijkseite, Baron of the Admiralty, GDT GWO SRS (7 March 2387 - 13 October 2500), commonly known as Tom Rijkseite, served as the Chief of the Naval Forces of Empherias from 2425 to 2435 and again from 2441 to 2448. He also served within the Royal Alaxian Navy of the High Kingdoms of Alaxia from 2448 to 2465, and as an adviser to the organisation following his retirement until his death.

Personal life[edit | edit source]

Tom died in his sleep of natural causes aged 113. He is therefore one of the longest living people to have served a great office of state in Empherias.

Production studios of Ah-Netar, produced a biographical documentary regarding the life of Tom Rijkseite, it was released to cinemas in November 2515, to a moderate reception.

Honours[edit | edit source]

  • Granted a knighthood from Rijkdottir Abigail I on 21 December 2422, to become Sir Tom Rijkseite.
  • Granted the Lordship title of 'Baron of the Admiralty' by Rijkse George IV on 21 December 2444.
  • Granted the Venerable Order of Dark Throne by King Arzen on 8 June 2456.
  • Granted the Valiant Order of the White Orchid by King Arzen on his retirement on 19 April 2465.
  • Granted the Silver Recognition Star by the Lord Highmarshal Valtrein Carras - on behalf of the Prince-Regent Arran - on 7 March 2487[1].
