Lord Admiral Thomas Mitchell Rijkseite, Baron of the Admiralty, GDT GWO SRS (7 March 2387 - 13 October 2500), commonly known as Tom Rijkseite, served as the Chief of the Naval Forces of Empherias from 2425 to 2435 and again from 2441 to 2448. He also served within the Royal Alaxian Navy of the High Kingdoms of Alaxia from 2448 to 2465, and as an adviser to the organisation following his retirement until his death.
