Altroe Armas Leeft Burks (24 October 2430 – 20 July 2492), commonly known as Vincent Burken, was an Empheri politician and left-wing activist who served as Prime Minister of Empherias from 2474 to 2475.

Burken was elected to the Parliament of Empherias in the 2468 general election representing the People's Socialist Party. He had achieved a place on the party list after joining the sDZ faction of the PSP in July 2467 and becoming an outspoken and widely regarded member. Following the resignation of the former president, Burken became the President of the sDZ after an informal vote on 4 April 2469. His high profile position led him to get a cabinet position in Melanie Monroe's cabinet as a junior minister in the Housing department.

During the Willows ministries, Burken would be moved to be an advisor within the Treasury department, working with his close friend and fellow sDZ member Chancellor of the Exchequer Steven Rettels. Following the death of Klara Willows in 9 July 2474, Rettels became acting Prime Minister and conspired with several sDZ members and party elite to place Burken as the Prime Minister without a leadership election as expected. Burken therefore was appointed Leader of the PSP and therefore Prime Minister on 14 July 2474.

Burken inherited a minority government from Willows back in the 2473 general election and thus would have trouble passing any bills. He lost several votes, especially the 2475 budget vote, which indicated to many in the house that he had lost confidence. Opposition leader Scarlett May went to the newly elected President of the High Kingdoms Seryne Gildirim and convinced him that Burken had lost all control over the parliament and a snap election was needed- and thus Gildirim dissolved the parliament of Empherias.

The 2475 general election took place on 1 November 2475 and saw the People's Socialist Party lose 70 seats, while the Liberals gained roughly 60 seats. Therefore, May was appointed the new prime minister, and Burken shifted to the opposition. This made Burken the shortest serving prime minister since Robert Webber who served from 2414 to 2415.

He resigned as a member of parliament and President of the sDZ on 7 January 2476 after his embarrassing defeat, and he accused the HKA of containing a 'deep state' convinced of removing him and other leftist opinions. He would continue to be an activist for leftist policies, but never ran for public office again. He died of a heart attack aged 61 in 2492.
