Vitoria is the second largest city in Ahitereira, a constituent country of the High Kingdoms of Alaxia. It is the fourth most populous city in the High Kingdoms of Alaxia, with a population of 7.2 million. Vitoria has been a major settlement for the past 2000 years, being the capital city of Kloresa for many years.
