William Baker was a Grensalbourgish politician who served as Prime Minister of Grensalbourg from 2476 to 2478, and again from 2488 to 2491. He is considered one of the worst prime ministers of the country due to his part in the 2477 riots, the local governance constitutional crisis of the late 2470s, and the beginning First Grensalbourg Civil War.
