The 2454 High Kingdoms presidential election was held on 12 November 2454 to elect the President and the Vice President of the High Kingdoms of Alaxia. It was held simultaneously with the some local elections. The electoral college nominated the Liberal Party of Ahitereira and Koresa, and the People's Socialist Party under the Red Bloq, to be the two run-off candidates. The incumbent president, Clemenceau Richelieu, was renominated for the Liberals despite being Kiavalari. Amina–Layla Ward, representative for Gateshaven East and Nieuwbourg, was selected as the PSP candidate in the primary.

Richelieu would win with 66.48% of the popular vote and secured herself a five year term until 2454. With the Golden Coalition forming in the aftermath of the legislative election with a clear majority, Richelieu would formally join the Golden Coalition and would hold great power over both the executive and legislature.
