Ahitereiran Wrestling Union (AWU) (Ahitereiran: ahiteTeiTa otuda kaldo, Ahitereiran (Romanized): Ahitereira Otuda Kaldo) is a non-governmental sports organization that regulates amateur wrestling in Ahitereira. The AWU is the largest amateur wrestling body in East Alaxia, being the third largest worldwide. It was founded in 2403 to oversee wrestling in the province of Vitoria. Headquartered in the city of Vitoria, where the organization was founded, it's comprised of 16 other regional regulating bodies.
Until 2430, the AWU was solely focused on the province of Vitoria, but by 2430 would oversee an expansion into various regions of Ahitereira, by allowing franchisees to promote in their own region and oversee their own regional records and events under the AWU name. The original Inystan Regional body, the IAWC, would eventually be ousted by the organization and replaced with the Inystan Amateur Wrestling Union, due to various disagreements between the AWU and the IAWC. The IAWC would end up becoming a professional wrestling company changing its name to AOR.
