Georgina, officially the Borough of Georgina, is the largest borough of Wynnoa in terms of population, and is the largest population centre in Empherias. It sits on the northern bank of the Ewynn, and the west bank of the River Marnie. It contains Rosetta–Georgina, the administrative capital of Empherias.
Besides Georgina, other large settlements within the borough include Hyrette Palace, Enswark, Wils–upon–Marnie, and Linswick.
