Sir Josef Edward Martinique (22 November 2337 - 3 January 2422) was an Empheri politician who served as the Leader of the Conservative Party between 2399 and 2415.

As a child of Lord Martinique of Arkegyll and Lady Serena Edwina Franceur, he was privately educated to a high standard. He entered politics as part of the Conservative youth wing where he campaigned during the 2363 general election. He became an MP for the Conservative party at the 2373 general election to which he was re-elected continuously until his retirement before the 2415 general election, serving ten terms. He was elected leader of the party following the 2399 Conservative leadership election. He resigned as the leader following several electoral losses in July 2415 and announced he would not be standing as a candidate in the next general election, triggering the 2415 Conservative leadership election.
