Elizabeth Rose agreed a lot with the populists but believed they should be going further into helping the poorer parts of society move away from abject poverty and lesser the burden of capitalism. They served in government under Rose, and later [[Alice Rettels]] and [[Edward Broedesmore]] from 2411 to 2412 and 2415 to 2433. Following a brief stint of [[Empherian Liberal Party|Liberal]] rule, the Socialists once again ruled under [[Katelyn Roberts]] and [[Sofia Hopkins]] from 2441 to 2448.
