Skurian Proposal - To recognize the Cralasian Free State and admit them to the International Concord, provided they drop all of their claims in IC member states - plebiscites will be held in these lands to determine ownership instead. The plebiscites being held will be a direct requirement for the Free State's recognition. - Passed, ~55% Support

Ciyugan Proposal - To temporarily make those areas to receive a plebiscite autonomous within both Sinnamahong and Yasja-Kanushpra, putting them under the control of the rightful owners regarding international recognition. After a period of 30 years the plebiscite will be held in both countries in a regional way to let the people choose their own destiny. The autonomous areas would be demilitarized for the time being to avoid conflict. - Vetoed by ICSC
