Proposal 2501-04-3
Ciyugan Proposal - To temporarily make those areas to receive a plebiscite autonomous within both Sinnamahong and Yasja-Kanushpra, putting them under the control of the rightful owners regarding international recognition. After a period of 30 years the plebiscite will be held in both countries in a regional way to let the people choose their own destiny. Trivia
Due to time bubble shenanigans during the RP, most of the International Concord resolutions around the war were originally dated incorrectly. These were later retconned to be 2 years earlier. IE: December 2503 -> December 2501.
