Lord Tom James Cook, Baron of Vreimer, High Royal Marquess (5 December 2401 - 12 January 2455) was an Empheri statesman and member of the academic club 20s Generation. He is credited as one of the ideological leaders of the pro-Kloresian unification movement in Empherias in the early to mid 25th century.
