It was fought between three sides for undisputed control over the East Qateshi Sea and the island of Heboi. The numerous guerrilla cells of Liberal and Nulist loyalists appeared in the countryside, while the Vyllitareh of Heboi made a coalition with the OFN, specifically the nations of Dai Shun, and the Sutonese and Solanese republics.
